About Our Business

NorthStar Works, LLC was first formed in 1988.  Beginning with construction, and interior
refurbishment, the business remained part-time until 1998.  The company was incorporated in the
state of North Dakota in October of 2002 as a full time home inspection and home maintenance
service provider.   They continue to grow as a business, thanks to the continued support of many
new and regular clients.  "THANK YOU!"

experience. She is a  tile setter, sheetrock finisher, master painter , and a certified master roofer
who excels at working with our clients one-on-one.

Together they possess over 55 years of combined inspection and  construction experience.  They
feel that their working knowledge of local climate and building history give them a great advantage
in passing that knowledge to their clients.

In mid 2014 they made the decision to retire from general contracting.  It was a tough decision, but
felt it necessary to focus on inspections.  They will always be involved in the contracting industry as
it is in their blood, but they feel it is best to do this for their clients.
